This workshop is play-full work that I think you will enjoy even if some of us do some heavy lifting to shift some things. I am excited to share with you the processes I use to really get moving, with grace and ease on making change in my life. All necessary materials will be provided. However, you can bring something for the shared altar and, if you keep a journal, it’s a good idea to bring it.
